Less than useless. A pointless stream of "news" articles. And a suggestion to login. The only login option offered is some Microsoft login I know nothing about & want nothing to do with. Manual for my new truck implies you can control software updates from the app. However, apparently that's not even visible until logged in, if then. Given its apparent marriage to a Microsoft account to use it, it is utterly worthless to me.

I had Toyota app that I paid 80.00 annually for and made a payment in March. The app said I needed an update. Update didn't work, so I uninstalled and went to reinstall and the don't have that app anymore and all other Toyota apps say "Not Compatible with your phone". I want a refund

Constantly logging me off. So everytime I have to log in using my Toyota sign in. Which then uses multi factor authentication(Including a text message from Microsoft) all So that I can read a communication??? Seems excessive, I'll just stick to the website.
